Custom in Vitro Monoclonal Antibody Production

Angio-Proteomie also offer custom in vitro monoclonal antibody production services.  The antibodies are produced in large scale hybrodoma culture and are purified by affinity chromatography. Our produced antibodies are of the highest purity and low in endotoxin; no preservatives or stabilizers will be added to permit studies for in-vivo systems. We offer the antibodies production in the sizes of 25mg, 50mg, and 100mg. We also offer bulk packing for sizes up to 50g. All antibodies are supplied in PBS buffer at a concentration of 1 mg/ml or higher. The purity is >90% as determined by SDS-Page. Endotoxin is below 0.002 EU/µg by LAL test. ** Note: A pre-run will be performed to assess antibody yield for each new hybridoma clone with a charge of $100, but this fee will be waived if the service is carried out after the testing run.
