Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a mouse immunized with Recombinant human PSMB7 (proteasome subunit, beta-type 7). . PSMB7 is also called proteasome subunit Z and is a widely expressed, non-catalytic component of the 20S proteasome core within the 26S proteasome that stabilizes late stages of proteasome assembly.
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human PSMB7 in direct ELISAs and WBs. It cross reacts with mouse PSMB7 in WBs.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
