Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a mouse immunized with recombinant human Plexin C1 (serine/threonine protein kinase N2). Plexin C1, also called VESPR and CD232, is a 210 kDa member of the plexin-C subfamily, plexin family of proteins. It is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is found on monocytes, dendritic cells and neutrophils.
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human Plexin C1 in direct ELISAs. It cross reacts with mouse Plexin C1 in direct ELISA.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
