Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a mouse immunized with recombinant human PDCD5 (programmed cell death 5). PDCD5 is also called TFAR19 (TF-1 cell apoptosis-related 19) and is a ubiquitously expressed, approximately 15kDa protein that is upregulated during apoptosis and downregulated in many cancer cell types.
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human PDCD5 in direct ELISAs and WBs. It cross reacts with mouse and rat PDCD5 in WBs.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
