Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a mouse immunized with recombinant human MP1 (MEK Partner 1). MP1 and other MAPK scaffolds promote phosphorylation efficiency and specificity, localize their bound pathway components to particular subcellular sites, and serve as nodes of signal integration for regulation of MAPK pathways by other signaling events.
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human MP1 in direct ELISAs and WBs. It cross reacts with mouse and rat MP1 in WBs.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
