| Preparation | This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a rat immunized with recombinant human FKBP-25 (FK506 binding protein, 25 kilodalton molecular weight). FKBP-25is also called FKBP3 and is a peptidyl-prolyl isomerase that catalyzes the transition between cis- and trans-proline residues critical for proper folding of proteins. |
