Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a mouse immunized with recombinant human COX4-I2 (Cytochrome c oxidase subunit 4). COX4I2 is a 2122 kDa member of the Cytochrome c oxidase IV family of proteins and is predominantly expressed in lung.
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human COX4-I2 in direct ELISAs and COX4-I1 and COX4-I2 in WBs. It cross reacts with mouse COX4 proteins in WBs.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500ull sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
