Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a mouse immunized with recombinant human ARK5 (AMPKrelated kinase 5). ARK5 is also known as NUAK1 and is a 74 kDa intracellular Ser/Thr kinase that promotes cell survival during nutrient deprivation and TNF family ligandinduced apoptosis.
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human ARK5 in direct ELISAs and WBs. It cross reacts with mouse and rat ARK5 proteins in WBs
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500ull sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
