Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a rat immunized with recombinant mouse R-Spondin-4 (roof plate-specific spondin-4). It is also called cysteine-rich and single thrombospondin domain containing-4 (Cristin 4) and is an ~33 kDa secreted heparin-binding protein that shares ~35% amino acid (aa) identity with three other R-Spondin family members).
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes mouse R-Spondin-4 by direct ELISAs and WBs
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at <-20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
