Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a rat immunized with recombinant mouse Rae-1 epsilon). Rae1alpha, beta, gamma, delta and epsilon comprise a family of closely related (88-95% amino acid identity) GPI-linked cell surface proteins that function as ligands for mouse NKG2D, an activating receptor expressed on NK and T cells).
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes mouse Rae-1 epsilon by ELISAs.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at <-20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
