Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse immunized with recombinant human AMIGO2.It is a member of the AMIGO family of type I transmembrane proteins that contain 6 leucine-rich repeats (LRRs) and one Ig domain in the extracellular region. AMIGO2 isexpressed primarily in cerebellum, retina, liver, and lung. AMIGO family proteins are cell adhesion molecules that exhibit homophilic and heterophilic bindingproperties.
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human AMICO2, but not AMICO1 by WB.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
