| Human Leukemia Cells (HL-60) was derived from a Human Leukemia of a 36-year old Caucasian female. RFP-Human Leukemia Cells (HL-60) are selected from the Human Leukemia Cells (HL-60) (cAP-0093) after transfected with RFP expressing lentiviruses resistant to puromycin. Cells are supplied in frozen vials with more than 5 x 10[5] cell/vial. Universal Full Growth Medium (cAP-01B) is recommended to culture the cells. Alternatively, using Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (ATCC 30-2005) added with 20% FBS. |

| 1. | Human Leukemia Cells (HL-60) are tested negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, and mycoplasm. |
| The cells are offered for Research Use Only. |
| Frozen Vials in a Dry Ice Package. |
| When you receive the dry ice package with cells in frozen vials, transfer the frozen vials of cells into a -80C freezer for short period storage or a liquid nitrogen tank for long- term storage. |

| A) | Thaw the frozen cell vial in a 37C water bath first, and then transfer the cells into the 15ml Falcon tube with 15ml of Full medium, and spin the cells down at 1000RPM for 10min. |
| B) | Resuspend the cell with 5ml full medium and innocualted into one T25 flask and cultured at 37C and 5%CO2 incubator. |
| C) | To passage the cells, collect the cells in the medium and spin down the cells at 1000RPM for 10min and resuspende the cells with 15ml full lmedium and innoculate the cells into 3 x T25 flasks. |
| D) | Change medium every 2 or 3days. |
