Antigen Description	CD1d is a type I transmembrane protein and member of the MHC family that associates with ß2-microglobulin on the cell surface. CD1d is expressed by antigen presenting cells (such as dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages and B cells), thymocytes, and intestinal epithelial cells. CD1d presents glycolipids to Va14i TCR+ iNKT cells.

Preparation	The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
