Antigen Description	T cell receptor (TCR) is a heterodimer consisting of an a and a ß chain (TCR a/ß) or a ¿ and a d chain (TCR ¿/d). TCR-ß is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and a component of the CD3/TCR complex (along with TCR-a). It is expressed on a/ß TCR-bearing T cells and thymocytes. The CD3/TCR complex plays a key role in antigen recognition, signal transduction, and T cell activation.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
