Antigen Description	IFN-¿ is a potent multifunctional cytokine which is secreted primarily by activated NK cells and T cells. Originally characterized based on anti-viral activities, IFN-¿ also exerts anti-proliferative, immunoregulatory, and proinflammatory activities. IFN-¿ can upregulate MHC class I and II antigen expression by antigen-presenting cells.

Preparation	The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
