Antigen Description	The mouse FCMR (also known as FcµR, FAIM3, TOSO) is a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that belonging to the immunoglobulin (Ig) gene superfamily. FcµR had a molecular weight of ~60-kD. In mouse, FCMR is expressed only on B lymphocytes and not on T cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, or myeloid cells. FCMR is involved in the regulation of humoral immunity including IgM homeostasis and B cell survival.

Preparation	The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
