Antigen Description	CD321, also known as Junctional Adhesion Molecule A (JAM-A), JAM-1, or F11 Receptor, is a 32-40 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein which belongs to the immunoglobin superfamily. It is expressed broadly on leukocytes, platelets, erythrocytes, and epithelial and endothelial cells. CD321 plays a role in cell adhesion, leukocyte migration, and angiogenesis, through its interactions with integrins, such as LFA-1 and avß3 integrins.

Preparation	The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
