Antigen Description	CD254 is a 19 kD TNF superfamily member also known as TRANCE (TNF-related activation induced cytokine), RANK ligand, RANKL, TNFSF11, OPGL, and ODF. TRANCE is expressed on activated T cells and osteoclasts and has been implicated in the regulation of T cell and dendritic cell interactions as well as osteoclast differentiation.

Preparation	The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
