Antigen Description CD11c is a 150 kD glycoprotein also known as aX integrin, CR4, and p150. CD11c forms a aXß2 heterodimer with ß2 integrin (CD18). It is primarily expressed on dendritic cells, NK cells, a subset of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells. The aXß2 integrin plays an important role in cell-cell contact by binding its ligands

Preparation The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Storage & Handling Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
