Antigen Description	Glutamate Metabotropic Receptor 1, also known as GRM1, is a G protein-coupled receptor that belongs to the group 1 metabotropic glutamate receptor family (mGluR1). GRM1 is an excitatory neurotransmitter receptor involved in hippocampal long-term potentiation and cerebellar long-term depression as demonstrated in an in vivo mouse knockout model of GRM1.These animals also display impaired motor function despite normal brain structure and anatomy compared to their wild type littermates.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
