Antigen Description	The Vd2 TCR is a variant of the TCR d chain expressed on a subset of ¿/d T cells. V¿9Vd2 T lymphocytes, a major ¿/d T cell subset in humans, recognize phosphoantigens, certain tumor cells, and cells treated with aminobisphosphonates. This cell population displays cytolytic activity against various tumor cells. The ¿/d TCR is an heterodimeric TCR complex composed of covalently bound ¿ and d chains involved in antigen recognition and the non-covalently associated monomorphic proteins CD3d , e, and ¿ chains.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
