Antigen Description	Lymphotoxin-a (LT-a), also known as tumor necrosis factor-beta (TNF-ß), is a potent lymphoid factor that exerts cytotoxic effects on a wide range of tumor cells and certain other target cells. LT-a possesses a signal peptide sequence and is a secreted protein; however, LT-a is also present on the surface of activated T, B and LAK cells as a complex with LT-ß. Bioactive LT-a exists as a homotrimer.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
