Antigen Description	CD3e is a 20 kD chain of the CD3/T cell receptor (TCR) complex, which is composed of two CD3e, one CD3¿, one CD3d, one CD3¿ (CD247), and a T cell receptor (a/ß or ¿/d) heterodimer. It is found on all mature T lymphocytes, NK T cells, and some thymocytes. CD3, also known as T3, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily that plays a role in antigen recognition, signal transduction, and T cell activation.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
