Antigen Description	CD110 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein which functions as a receptor for thrombopoietin; binding causes the proliferation and differentiation of megakaroyocytes in addition to the production of platelets and protection of stem cells from apoptosis. CD110 is primarily expressed on hematopoietic stem cells, hematopoietic precursor cells, cells of the megakaryocytic lineage, and platelets.

Preparation	The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
