ID Mouse Monoclonal anti-HCN1 Antibody
Antigen Description Hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) 1 channel is a member in the superfamily of six-transmembrane segment channels, and related to cyclic nucleotide-gated channels and voltage-dependent K+ channels. Four isoforms, HCN1-4, have been identified with up to 60% of sequence homology. The transmembrane a-helices and C-terminal cyclic-nucleotide binding domain of HCN channels are important for K+ ions selectivity filter and cAMP modulation. HCN1 is widely expressed in the nervous system where it plays a role in regulating membrane potential, dendritic integration, neuronal pacemaking, and action potential threshold.
Size 100ug
Immunogen Partial recombinant rat HCN1 protein
Clone #N70/28
Antibody Isotype Mouse IgG1
Host Species Mouse
Preparation The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Formulation The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS).
Application IHC-P
Storage & Handling Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
