Preparation	This antibody was produced from a goat immunized with the purified Armenian Hamster IgG
Purification and Storage	The IgG fraction of immunized serum was purified by antigen affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with Armenian Hamster IgG IgG. It also reacts with the light chains of other Armenian hamster immunoglobulins. This antibody may cross-react with IgG from other species
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 200ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 1000ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at <-20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
