Physical Appearance and Stability	Rubella E1 Protein although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	20mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 1.5M urea, 10mM b-mercaptoethanol and 25% glycerol. Rubella protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Application	Rubella antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of Rubella Virus with minimal specificity problems.
