Physical Appearance and Stability	HTLV-1 Mosaic although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	60mM NaCl, 50mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 0.25% Sarkosil, 50% glycerol and 10mM glutathione. HTLV-1 Mosaic protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.
Application	HTLV-1 Mosaic can be used as an antigen in ELISA and Western Blots. Excellent reagent for correct detection of HTLV infections, with minimal specificity problems.
