Physical Appearance and Stability	HCV NS5B although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	1.5M urea, 25mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 0.2% Triton-X and 50% Glycerol. Protein is >95% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application	HCV NS5B antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.
