Physical Appearance and Stability	Chlamydia HSP70 although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	50mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 8M Urea, 60 mM NaCl and 50% glycerol. Chlamydia HSP70 protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.
Application	Chlamydia HSP70 protein is suitable for use in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
