Physical Appearance and Stability	Chlamydia W3-W6 protein although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	10mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.5, 100mM Sodium Phosphate and 8M urea. Chlamydia W3-W6 protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.
Application	Chlamydia W3-W6 is suitable for use in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
