Physical Appearance and Stability	Chlamydia W5 although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	20mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.2, 1.5M urea and 50% glycerol. Protein is >90% pure as determined by SDS- PAGE.
Application	Chlamydia W5 is suitable for use in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
