Physical Appearance and Stability	Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	The RPS27A is supplied in 1x PBS and 0.05% PBS. RPS27A Protein biotinilation is determined by Western Blotting and ELISA analysis using streptavidin¿HRP conjugated as a detection reagent. Free biotin is eliminated by dialysis against PBS. Protein concentration is determined by 280nm absorbance.
