Physical Appearance and Stability	Recombinant Human Trypsin although stable at room temp for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	The protein was lyophilized without any additives. Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application	Trypsin digestion
Solubility	It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Human Trypsin in sterile 1mM HCl or 50mM HAC not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity	2,800 units/mg.
