Description	L-Selectin Human Recombinant is expressed in E. coli containing 294 amino acids 39-332 fused to an amino terminal hexahistidine tag, having a total molecular weight of 37.55kDa.

Physical Appearance and Stability	Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 1-2 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	L-Sel is supplied in 1x PBS and 50% Glycerol. Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Single band on Western Blot.
Application	L-Selectin can be used directly as a positive control in Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and other immunological experiments. The biological activity of this product has not yet been tested.
