Description	ICAM-1 Human Recombinant is expressed in E. coli containing 455 amino acids 28-483 fused to an amino terminal hexahistidine tag.The ICAM-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability	Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 1-2 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	ICAM-1 is supplied (0.2mg/ml) in PBS, 50% Glycerol, 2mM Imidazole. Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application	ICAM-I can be used directly as a positive control in Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and other immunological experiments. The biological activity of this product has not yet been tested.
