Physical Appearance and Stability Lyophilized CRISP1 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution CRISP1 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity The protein was lyophilized from a 0.5mg/ml solution containing 20mM TRIS, 50mM NaCl, pH 7.5. Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
