Physical Appearance and Stability	Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	TOP1 is supplied at a concentration of 1mg/1ml in 16mM HEPES buffer pH-7.5, 400mM NaCl and 20% glycerol. Greater than 70% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
