Physical Appearance and Stability Lyophilized Human IL-17A/F although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Human IL-17A/F should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity IL-17A/F was lyophilized from a (0.2µm) filtered protein solution containing 0.1% TFA. Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application
Solubility It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleukin Human IL-17A/F in sterile water at 0.1mg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity The activity as determined by production of IL-6 from mouse 3T3 cells is 3.2ng/ml (3.1x105units/mg).
