Physical Appearance and Stability Lyophilized IL 1RA although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Biological Activity The ED50 as determined by inhibiting IL-1a-dependent proliferation of murine D10S cells is less than 50 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 2.0 × 104 IU/mg in the presence of 75 pg/ml rPoIL-1a.
