Physical Appearance and Stability	Lyophilized IL-9 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution IL9 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	The IL9 was lyophilized from 1mg/ml in 1xPBS. Greater than 95% as obsereved by SDS-PAGE.
Application
Solubility	It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL-9 in sterile water not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity	The specific activity was determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human MO7e cells (human megakaryoblastic leukemia cell line) and is typically 0.03-0.2ng/ml.
