Solubility It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized BAFF in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity The activity is determined by a mouse splenocyte survival assay. The ED50 for this effect is 0.5-2.0µg/ml.
