Physical Appearance and Stability For long term, store lyophilized protein at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time two weeks.
Formulation and Purity Sterile filtered and lyophilized from 1mg/ml in 10mM Tris pH-8 & 0.75mM DTT. Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application
Solubility We recommended reconstituting gAcrp30 at a concentration of 0.1-1mg per ml with 5mM Tris pH-8 and 0.75mM DTT which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity gAcrp30 activity is determined by its ability to inhibit the proliferation of mouse M1 cells. The expected ED50 for this effect is 0.36-0.54 µg/ml.
