Physical Appearance and Stability Lyophilized C-10 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution C-10 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated (1.0mg/ml) solution in 1×PBS, pH 7.4. Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Application
Solubility It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized C-10 in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity Determined by its ability to chemoattract human CCR1 transfected BaF3 mouse proB cells using a concentration range of 0.05-0.25 ug/ml.
