Custom Compound Library Screening Service
We are specialized in screening compound library to identify candidate ligand for GPCRs using GPCR cell lines.

The service includes:

(1) Establishing stable GPCR expressing cell lines, in HEK293, CHO-K1, or the cells of customer¿s choice.
(2) Optimizing mitochondrial Calcium influx assay for targeted GPCR in HEK293, CHO-K1, or the cells of customer¿s choice.
(3) Screening compound library and identify candidate ligand(s).

The whole project takes between 3-6 months dependent on the complex of individual project.
