Description | HEK293GFP-AEQ cells expressing the mitochondrially-targeted GFP-AEQUORIN protein and Galpha16 in cytoplasma. HEK293GFP-AEQ cells are first selected from puromycin resistance HEK293 cells infected with lentiviruses expressing GFP-AEQUORIN with mitochondria targeting signal sequence. Then the HEK293GFP-AEQ cells were infected with lentiviruses expressing Galpah16 and HEK293GFP-AEQ-Galpha16 cells were selected by Hygromycin-B. HEK293GFP-AEQ-Galpha16 Cells are a useful tool for studying mitochondria-calcium influx related signalings, such as GPCR, and Ion channel et al. |

While other, unspecified media may also produce satisfactory results, a change in media or the absence of an additive from the Angio-Proteomie recommended media may affect recovery, growth and/or function of this strain. If an alternative medium formulation is used, the Angio-Proteomie warranty for viability is no longer valid. |

| Handling human/animal tissue-derived products is potentially bio-hazardous. Although each cell strain is tested negative for HIV, HBV and HCV DNA, diagnostic tests are not necessarily 100% accurate; therefore, proper precautions must be taken to avoid inadvertent exposure. We recommend following the universal procedures for handling products of human origin as the minimum precaution against contamination. |
For customers using our primary cell products, we strongly advise you using our own medium, although similar cell growth medium can be purchased and used for our primary cell products. |
The quality of cells, in term of their growth features stated in our datasheets, will not be guaranteed if NON-ANGIO-PROTEOMIE's Cell Growth Medium is used. |
Due to the sensitive nature of primary cells and cell lines, all quality related issues about the cells products must be reported back to us within ONE month period after receiving the products, no quality warranty (i.e. replacement of cells) will be provided after the ONE-Month period.
