Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a mouse immunized with recombinant human NM23-H1/H2. NM23-H1 (Non-metastatic protein 23 homolog 1; also NDKA and NME1) is a 19-20kDa member of the NDK family of enzymes. Human NM23-H1 shares 89% aa identity with human NM23-H2, and 94% aa identity with mouse NM23-H1.
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human NM23-H1/H2 in direct ELISAs and WBs. It cross reacts with mouse and rat NM23-H1/H2 in WBs
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
