Antigen Description	HLA-C belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues. MHC class I heavy chains associate with ß2-microglobulin and are expressed on nearly all nucleated cells. MHC class I molecules are involved in the presentation of antigens to CD8+ T cells and thereby play an important role in cell-mediated immune responses and immune surveillance.

Preparation	The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Storage & Handling	Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 0.5mg/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
