Preparation	This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a mouse immunized with human recombinant B7-H6
Formulation and Storage	The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS, 0.09% Sodium Azide). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human B7-H6 in direct ELISA.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 200ul sterile H2O and the final concentration is 500ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be stored at 2-8C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity.
