Source Human Placenta.
Physical Appearance and Stability Store lyophilized protein at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C.
Formulation and Purity Each 70ng were lyophilized from 29.1µl containing 2mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0. Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application
Solubility Add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5mg/mL and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Biological Activity One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme which will hydrolyze 1µm of H-Gly-Pro-pNA per 1min at 25°C, pH 7.8.
